Do you need to make a return? At Flexi, returns are free!
Remember that you have 30 calendar days from the purchase confirmation to make any request.
When you receive the item you purchased, unpack and then check it.
If your product qualifies for a return, please login to your account and go to the “Order history” menu.
Select the order you wish to return.
Click on Request Return.
Select the items you wish to return, the reason why you want to return them and how you would like your refund.
Confirm the information and send it.
What happens next?
Once we receive your request, a member of our Customer Service team will review it and inform you of next steps.
IF YOUR REQUEST IS ACCEPTED
If your return request complies with the return policy, it will be accepted, and you will receive an email notification which will include a return label to be printed and pasted on the package.
THIS RETURN LABEL IS VALID FOR 5 DAYS FROM THE DAY YOU RECEIVE IT
IF YOUR REQUEST IS NOT ACCEPTED
It is because your order does not comply with the return policy.
You will receive an email notifying you of the resolution of your case.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive the products you have chosen to return, our team will inspect the product and issue a refund in the payment method you have chosen.
This process takes 5 to 7 working days
The return of the product will proceed when the return does not exceed more than 30 days from the purchase confirmation.
The user must return the product in its original condition, without stains or scratches, without apparent signs of use, with its packaging and return request number or return label.
You must keep the box and the original packaging of the products, as they will be necessary in case you want to make a return.
The company will perform a physical inspection of the product to validate that the product comes in the same condition as it was sent.
If the product does not comply with the above-mentioned conditions, the company will not accept the return and the product will be returned to the user. The user must cover the return costs if the return does not proceed.
All purchases made as a guest, should be managed through the mail email@example.com. Please include: your order number, the code, color, and size of the style you purchased and the reason for your return
